Second time to this hotel, I really like it, the staff are friendly and I like the breakfast the most, it's delicious and has lots of choices.

The hotel's location is truly strategic, close to Plaza Medan Fair, Center Point Mall, Medan Station, and also culinary spots that are also great souvenir shops. quite satisfying, affordable price, adequate car parking, cold air conditioning, comfortable and clean room, clean pillow sheets but the pillows are a bit hard even though they are soft. The hotel environment is neat and well-maintained like a new hotel. Will stay here again when going to Medan.

The room was nice, clean, and cool. I especially liked the full-body glass interior. The bed was also comfortable. The valet parking was very helpful.

The room was very clean, very spacious, clean, tidy, comfortable, cold AC, and the kids were happiest to get snacks in the mini fridge. Strategic location close to Ucok Durian, friendly staff, from security, reception, waiters, and roomboys, a varied breakfast menu, a comfortable, safe 3-day stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the pool and city. The service was excellent. Check-in/check-out was fast. We were given early check-in. 😊

The hotel's location is strategic, with numerous restaurants, cafes, minimarkets, and a mosque nearby. The rooms are clean, with complete bathroom amenities, and the TVs support Netflix. The food is also delicious and reasonably priced.

I originally only wanted to stay for 2 hours. But I ended up extending my stay. It was really comfortable. The cleanliness was also great 👍👍👍. The breakfast was great. I was excited to have breakfast every morning, even though I normally don't 🤣. The Lontong Medan was top-notch. The rice cake was so soft. The tauco was delicious, just the right amount of saltiness, and the chilies were just the right amount of spiciness. The vegetables weren't overcooked, and the anchovies weren't too salty either. Perfect. And the bakwan was top-notch. Bite-sized. And the taste 👍👍👍👍👍. The pineapple was also great. It looked overripe but it wasn't, and the sweetness was what 👍👍👍👍. Another plus is the hotel's strategic location. If you don't have a car, it's easy to get a GoCar. There are also several delicious restaurants within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were also fast. Oh yeah, thumbs up to the lady at the egg station who wasn't wearing a hijab. Even while she was busy making eggs, she still responded to our requests with a smile and, once they were ready, promptly delivered them to our table. Even though I told her I'd get them later. Several times she was also ready to help us in other areas. Always on standby. I once ran out of fried fritters and asked her about it. She immediately refilled them. Super sincere service, as she didn't ask to be named in case I write a hotel review.

The best!! Next time I'm in Medan, I'll definitely stay here again. All the facilities are absolutely top-notch. Super comfortable, super clean, and the rooms are soundproof, ensuring privacy and comfort.
