Overall, staying at the Grand Cityhall hotel was top notch!! The hotel is comfortable, strategically located, close to everywhere, near Deli Park mall, and the surrounding area is also busy because of many events 🥺 Initially I booked a deluxe, but it turned out there was a renovation, so I was upgraded to a premier deluxe which is also a very cozy room. And honestly… OMG, the view 🥺✨ is so beautiful, the room is modern and super comfy 😍 I want to highlight that the staff are very kind and helpful... they immediately provide solutions whenever asked for help, the staff service is really champion!! Friendly, responsive, and communicative. So the experience is still very good, especially the staff at the restaurant, Kak Ade is one of the staff who is really helpful at the restaurant, helping get our food. Definitely will consider coming back again and hopefully the hotel will be more successful in the future ☺️

I’ve stayed at City Hall Medan multiple times, back when it was still branded under Aston, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The service is always reliable, and the staff’s hospitality truly stands out. One of the things my family appreciates most is how spacious the rooms are, along with the hotel’s prime location right in the heart of Medan, surrounded by many iconic landmarks.
The breakfast is another highlight. It offers a wide variety of options, ranging from local Indonesian dishes to Asian and European cuisine, all well-prepared and satisfying. Overall, City Hall Medan remains one of the best hotels in the city, especially considering its very reasonable pricing.
