I stayed overnight at the Grage Hotel. It's located in the city center and next to Grage Mall. The hotel is very spacious and clean. There was a serious water leak while turning on the AC, but it was quickly resolved and we were safe until check-out. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free. I even forgot my charger in the room, but I immediately contacted the staff via WhatsApp. I'll definitely be back because the rate is also affordable 👍

There's ample parking, cool air conditioning, plenty of hot water in the bathroom, fragrant and clean rooms, and drinking water dispensers on every floor. The room was really nice, the bed was soft and fragrant, and the bathroom was large, with a bathtub that could be adjusted to your liking. Shampoo, toothpaste, soap, and a hairdryer were provided. The receptionist was also neat and provided clear information. The food was delicious and varied.

It was a very pleasant stay, mainly due to the hotel's strategic location. This allows you to shop at nearby malls and convenient stores, have a stroll and try key culinary sesh, catch movies, etc. The staff are friendly and gave us confirmation that late checkout by 1pm was possible without additional fee. Citra Dream has a place in our hearts, starting with a stay in Bandung and now in Cirebon. Totally worth it.

For a family-friendly budget hotel, this is really good. The price is very affordable, and for that price, you can get a lot of various menus for breakfast. They have special menus (Cirebon’s meal) like Tahu Gejrot or Botok Roti. Especially for the services, they are really nice and very friendly. Staffs are friendly, informative, and helpful. The ambiance is good and clean. The room is also nice, every room has a city view window, so it’s not boring at all. You can see a bit of Cirebon’s landscape from the hotel room (this might be because my room is on the highest floor). My family and I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you.
