"Amazing view and great family facilities!" We stayed in a room facing the Mahkota Bridge, and the view was absolutely incredible. The service was very satisfying. We also appreciated the free parking and the excellent swimming pool, which was perfect for the kids. Highly recommended for families!

I've stayed here twice, every time I go home and stop by Samarinda, I stay here, the staff are friendly, the parking is spacious, the parking attendant is also responsive, the breakfast is delicious, check in/out is easy, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom smells clean, even though there is no hot water, but it is really worth it, keep it up!

1. Room and Facilities
My room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The modern interior, adequate lighting, and comfortable bed ensured a quality rest. Room amenities, such as air conditioning, TV, hot water, and toiletries, were fully functional. The city view was a plus, especially at night.
2. Service
The hotel staff was very friendly, responsive, and professional from check-in to check-out. Requests for additional towels were handled promptly. The friendliness and courtesy of the front office and housekeeping teams left a positive impression.
4. Location and Access
The hotel's location is very strategic, in the center of Samarinda, adjacent to the SCP Mall, culinary centers, and easy access to APT Pranoto Airport. It is suitable for guests with meetings or short trips.

The hotel is an old building but very well maintained. The building is large and spacious. Ample parking. Rooms: very spacious, clean, cool, smart TV includes Netflix, fast Wi-Fi. Bathroom: bathtub, complete amenities, towels for the gym, hot water. Breakfast: many variations of western and Asian menus, delicious taste. Staff: friendly, full of smiles. Facilities: very good and complete gym, pool. There are several restaurants but haven't tried them all.

The recommendations I read were true. Hotel Yello was very clean, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. I fell asleep as soon as I put my head on the pillow. I usually have trouble sleeping if the mattress isn't so comfortable. The hotel is easy to access everywhere, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked optimally, and the bathroom was clean with consistent hot water. Housekeeping arrived on time and paid attention to detail in cleaning the room.

The front office and concierge teams were very professional, friendly, and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Every request I had was handled promptly and politely, reflecting the high standards of service at a star-rated hotel.

The pool and gym area are well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The pool is spacious and includes a children's pool, and the view from the pool is also stunning, as it is located on the top floor.
