Special thanks to [Staff Name, if applicable] for their helpful assistance! Perfect Room: My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had a modern yet warm interior design. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept soundly every night. The view from the window was also a treat. Complete Amenities: I had the chance to try out the [Pool/Gym/Spa] facilities, and they were all very well maintained. The hotel's public areas were also kept clean.

A hundred points for all the staff that are really accommodating in every possible way they can help. The place is really near from TMII and F&B zone, so you can just rest easy if TMII is your destination.

Staff initiative is extraordinary. They allowed us for early check-in and sent the key to us at the lobby without waiting in line. Negative feedback, only some of the facilities are still under maintenance, acceptable since it was a soft opening.

This is the umpteenth time I have booked a hotel at GDC Jatiwarna, the service is really good, the admin is friendly and really helps me a lot when I bring my family, trying to get a side room 🥰. The swimming pool also doesn't smell of chlorine, so it can be used for a long time with the kids 😘.

Great stay, friendly staff, great location attached to the mall, clean, smells nice... Tips from me: ask for a higher floor (10th floor or up) and a room facing the big green field beside the hotel. Nice view every morning and afternoon.

For clean rooms and bathrooms, there is a housekeeping schedule so you can request when you need help cleaning the room. The location of the hotel is near the airport, Indomaret, and near places to eat too. Anyway, I will choose this hotel every time I visit.

The service was excellent, the admin was responsive, and the room was comfortable and fully equipped, from toiletries to food, even with plenty of clothes to hangers. It's perfect for those coming from far away and bringing a lot of clothes. I think if you're planning to stay at TSM, it's better to go through Housesleep; the location and service are excellent.
