Excellent Service: From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the welcoming staff was incredibly friendly. Check-in was quick and efficient. Special thanks to [Staff Name, if applicable] for their helpful assistance! Perfect Room: My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had a modern yet warm interior design. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept soundly every night. The view from the window was also a treat. Complete Amenities: I had the chance to try out the [Pool/Gym/Spa] facilities, and they were all very well maintained. The hotel's public areas were also kept clean.

Staff initiative is extraordinary. They allowed us for early check-in and sent the key to us at the lobby without waiting in line. Negative feedback, only some of the facilities are still under maintenance, acceptable since it was a soft opening.

This is the umpteenth time I have booked a hotel at GDC Jatiwarna, the service is really good, the admin is friendly and really helps me a lot when I bring my family, trying to get a side room 🥰. The swimming pool also doesn't smell of chlorine, so it can be used for a long time with the kids 😘.

First time I stayed here and I salute the fast and precise service. In addition, the reception and restaurant are fast response. For clean rooms and bathrooms, there is a housekeeping schedule so you can request when you need help cleaning the room. The location of the hotel is near the airport, Indomaret, and near places to eat too. Anyway, I will choose this hotel every time I visit.

Great stay, friendly staff, great location attached to the mall, clean, smells nice... Tips from me: ask for a higher floor (10th floor or up) and a room facing the big green field beside the hotel. Nice view every morning and afternoon.

Very friendly staff! They upgraded me to Governor Suite for free because the room was not yet ready at the time of check-in, so professional. The room is spacious, comfortable, nice, and clean, as expected. Plenty of parking space. Items inside the minibar are complimentary, including free capsules for the coffee maker.

I didn't have any expectations, just looking for a low price. It turned out to be very comfortable! The room was simple, but clean and fragrant. The staff were all kind and very responsive. The Wi-Fi was pretty fast, too. As a sharia hotel, this is the best. I came here for business at the Hajj dormitory and chose this place because it has a wide range of food stalls and is close to a minimarket. No need to worry about going hungry. If I have to go to East Jakarta again, I will prioritize this sharia hotel.
