I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights while my kids were at an event at the Mercure. Upon arrival, the security, receptionist, and all the staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with cool air conditioning. There was a wide selection of food, and it was quite tasty. The swimming pool was also fun, and my kids were happy.

I stayed here for business at Intertex 2026, and the location is very strategic, very close to the exhibition area. The main plus point is the shuttle bus service, so you don't have to worry about transportation or parking to the event location. The room was in very good condition, clean, tidy, and had a great view from the window. The service from the staff was also very top-notch—everyone was friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was complete and delicious (really good!). It's definitely worth it for those looking for comfort and time efficiency during the exhibition. I will definitely come back here for the next event!

The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location was perfect.
