Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff, and our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast menu varied each morning.

The staff are very friendly, always greeting us when we meet in the elevator, entrance, and area according to 4-star hotel standards. The overall facilities are complete, great. But if possible, the gym facilities will be equipped with more back and leg muscles, and provide 1 washcloth + soapy water spray for the mat/superbench after use (sometimes it smells a bit like sweat after use).

A family-friendly luxury hotel. The facilities and service exceeded expectations. The hotel's central location provides flexible access to various destinations. Furthermore, a plus (for me personally) was the convenience store across the street, making it easy to meet our needs.

The check-in and check-out process was very fast, even the room was upgraded from standard to deluxe type and the staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and the room was very spacious, the breakfast was varied and delicious.

Ms. Nunu FRONT DESK / RECEPTIONIST, very friendly and kind too. Ade Rahman, in charge at the hotel restaurant. Handsome, kind and friendly. Thank you guys! 🤗 Then, if you are at Khas Makassar Hotel, you must, must, a must try food called Sop Saudara-nya Khas Makassar Hotel. I swear it is really delicious, more delicious than Sop Saudara in various places in Makassar that I have tried when I came to Makassar.

This hotel was absolutely delicious! The friendly and responsive service made us feel right at home. The food in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with authentic flavors and attractive presentation. The location is strategic, close to the city center and major tourist attractions.
