We have stayed at Best Western Plus Coco Palu many times over the years, and it continues to be our number one choice whenever we visit Palu. The hotel has always maintained such a high standard in every way. The staff are incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly, and they always greet you with a smile from the moment you arrive until the day you depart. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they truly go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the location is perfect. After so many stays, this hotel genuinely feels like our home away from home. Thank you once again to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality, we always look forward to coming back.

I stayed at Granada Inn for 5N6D and all things are new and in a good condition. It's the first time I went to palu. The staffs are polite and friendly. I just felt uncomfortable when the people beside my room made some noise like talking and laughing too loud, it's 2.30 am. They didn't realize the room made from wood. Except that thing, everything is good. Someday I'll stay in this hotel when I go to this city. Thank you

The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It's perfect for a weekend getaway with your partner or family. Definitely recommend it. I'll definitely be spending my next family vacation here. 😁👍🏼
