We have stayed at Best Western Plus Coco Palu many times over the years, and it continues to be our number one choice whenever we visit Palu. The hotel has always maintained such a high standard in every way. The staff are incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly, and they always greet you with a smile from the moment you arrive until the day you depart. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they truly go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the location is perfect. After so many stays, this hotel genuinely feels like our home away from home. I stayed one night because my flight was the next morning. It's only 10 minutes by foot from the airport. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the bathroom as well. There is a nice cafe around the corner and plenty of food possibilities, as well as a supermarket. If I ever have another layover in Palu, I will gladly come again!

It is a perfect place when you need a room with proper arrangement of working space, getting some rest, and good breakfast.

Strategic location, clean pool, and feel of Bali

The location is strategic, being in the city center, and a very comfortable place to rest. Breakfast is varied and delicious. I'd definitely stop by again if I have the chance to visit Palu again.
