My favorite hotel every time I'm back in Jakarta, good location, easy to find food, the staff is very good at service and friendly, lovely place to stay.

Highly recommended. There are no downsides, it's simply the best. We really enjoyed our stay at Aston Pluit.

Check-in was at 1:30 AM, but the staff was still friendly. The check-in process was very easy. I got a room with a connecting door, but I was a little paranoid, so I ended up blocking the small table. Overall, the room was comfortable, clean, and aesthetic. The location is close to the toll gate and in front of the mall 😍

The second time I booked this hotel for my family vacation in Jakarta, I chose this hotel because when I first stayed here I felt very comfortable and satisfied. When I stayed yesterday, my family had a chance to tell me that the hot water machine in the bathroom was leaking and broken, the hotel quickly called a technician to repair it and the room was immediately moved to another, more spacious room, which I originally booked 1 queen bed & 1 single bed was upgraded to 2 queen beds. My parents & siblings who stayed really appreciated the entire hotel for this incident, and if they come to Jakarta again, they will return to this hotel to spend time in Jakarta. The staffs are very friendly and fast responded. The room is clean and spacious. They have a playground for kids, which is so nice. The whole experience was wonderful.
