Aston hotel has a very modern theme. Sleek and spacious! The hotel has its own Starbucks, so it's a plus! Have many activities inside the building. I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... The experience of staying overnight before going to Singapore was very memorable, everything was very good and perfect, from the friendly staff service, fast check-in and we left our luggage while we were in Singapore, returning again for a 3-night stay after leaving Singapore was very memorable. Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

The room, bed, and bed sheets are new and clean. Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water are good. It is close to Batam Center Harbour and city center. It is within walking distance, 10 min to Pasar Putih market. You can get cheap, good breakfast and lunch from morning to 2 PM. It is very near to an excellent seafood restaurant called I Love Seafood.
