My first visit was amazing. The hotel is large and all the staff are friendly. Even though it wasn't check-in time yet, we tried out the facilities and everything was fine. I felt like just one day wasn't enough; I'd stay at least two. If I have the money, I'll come back again.

The hotel is very new and they gave us the best room according to our booking. The staff are friendly, and the location is within walking distance to the nearest beach.

I stayed for 1 night at Tijili, and it was a great experience. When I arrived, my expectations were not so high, since the building exterior looks old and under maintenance from the outside. But I really had a great experience and good time after I entered the hotel. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi worked really well, TV could watch Netflix, bathroom amenities were also good. The air conditioner was very cool and very nice. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, bed sheet and pillow were very clean and had no dirty spots at all. They have a park in the middle of the hotel, the swimming pool is very nice, good for family and kid-friendly. The bar and restaurant on the beachside are wonderful, the live music at night is so amazing. The bar and restaurant prices are not so cheap. It costs around 159-300k per person if you consume alcoholic beverages and heavy meals. The staff were very friendly, thanks to the front office staff that helped me with an early check-in. Also, the GRO Ms. Febri, who checked if I had any problems. The only downside is the beach, it's dirty. Many dead seaweed and some plastic trash. It would be better if the resort hired some people to clean the beach like other resorts in the Nusa Dua area. It's very packed with tourists doing water sports.

Wonderful hotel! They have 4 different pools and a private beach. They offer a lot of kids' and adult activities for free, so if you decide to just spend your day at the hotel, you won't be bored at all!

Nice, large room. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. A pleasant location with direct beach access. Close to a supermarket. Water sports are available at the hotel, so you don't have to travel far. There's a car to take you to the parasailing and banana boat rides. The staff is very friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, with cool air conditioning and ample parking. The bathroom was also clean, with hot and cold water. The service was also excellent, even though we checked in late at night. The location is also convenient, although a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not far. I'll definitely be back.

The staff were all super helpful and flexible with communicating in Bahasa Indonesia and English. The rooms were comfortable and had no noise disturbances from nearby rooms. If you have business at the BNDCC, Grand Whiz has a little gate at the back open from 7 am to 7 pm that was such a blessing to have. It made the distance even closer! The food suited my dietary needs however, I would love to see an upgrade to the breakfast buffet though. I hope to be back next time.

The intention was just to take the kids swimming at the hotel, I deliberately looked for the Nusa Dua area and right when I exited the toll road, so I didn't get stuck in traffic because it was a long weekend. I found several hotels, but this hotel had a playground, and with an affordable price, I think it should be tried. When I checked in, surprisingly we got a free upgrade! I booked a grand deluxe pool view, got a family suit! The room was very spacious, one main bed and there was a bunk bed for the kids, and the bathroom was also spacious. The staff were super friendly. There were 2 playgrounds, one indoor and one outdoor, and there was also a toy rack that could be borrowed for the kids. There were also 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. As for the food, it was delicious! I even ordered dinner, it was delicious and the price was still affordable for a hotel in Nusa Dua. The breakfast was also delicious and the menu was varied. Btw, I'm not the type of person who likes to write reviews every time I stay at a hotel. But this really had to be reviewed, because it was really beyond my expectations! The kids are happy, their parents are much happier :).
