All the staff are friendly. The location is very strategic, close to Ketapang Station. The atmosphere is comfortable and the view is beautiful. I was upgraded to a room that directly faced the ocean. Overall 👍👍

The hotel's location is right on the oceanfront, so the views are stunning. The room designs are attractive and unique. You get a free family photo with a frame included, which is a rare and appealing feature.

I absolutely love the hotel. It's so peaceful, has a serene vibe, has a beautiful view, and the beach (although black sand) isn't rocky and is still enjoyable.
