Palazzo Veneziano

El hotel es hermoso. Esta ubicado en una zona residencial, y a la vez cerca a pie de todas las atracciones principales. La habitación era amplia y estaba muy limpia. El personal de recepción y del bar fue muy atento y amigable. Coordinaron para nosotros la transportación hacia el hotel y hacia el aeropuerto- de madrugada- lo cual fue muy conveniente. Recomendaron restaurantes basados en nuestras preferencias y nos hicieron la reservación en el mismo. También coordinaron para nosotros una visita a Murano sin costo adicional. El desayuno es completo, variado y sabroso. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el hotel en todos los sentidos. Es una opción excelente para cualquier viajero.

It’s Venice, a very touristy destination. So with that in mind it was good. They don’t go out of their way to serve you. It’s typical Vance they want your money and then they want you out. Not the most hospitable place on the earth. We travel quite a bit we see no reason to return to Venice. Overall the food was average at hotel and elsewhere. The bar at hotel was quite pricey also. But it was air conditioned. You can have cocktails within walking distance for half the price. We liked the location because it was out of the busier sections of Venice. That said it was a 30 minute walk to San Marco square. We love to walk so it was good for us. The air conditioning in the room was excellent.

We had a 3 night stay in July & it was excellent. We really liked the location of the hotel as it was in a more quieter location but still easy to walk to all the sites. We had a top floor room with a terrace which was great. Nice selection for breakfast. The staff at the hotel are great, really friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay here again in wonderful Venice.

Great spot. Staff was very professional and helpful. Shared a triple room with my 2 kids aged 13 and 10. No problem.

Such a wonderful room, hotel, and staff all around.

Venice for 3 days and the best part of it was this hotel. Located away from a lot of the hustle/bustle of other areas, and right on the water. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was first class and full disclosure, we spent the majority of our afternoons/evenings at the hotel bar, which is incredibly stocked and features unique cocktails curated by our favorite Venetians, Vincenzo and Marco. These boys are mixologists par excellence, with Marco being a level 3 sommelier and Vincenzo being the mad doctor of delightful concoctions. So much interesting conversation, knowledge and history shared...these guys are wise beyond their years. From an authentic Absinthe evening to afternoon specialty Spritzers and an encyclopedia of Negroni options...this really was the place to be, and one of the highlights...no, THE highlight of our stay. ONLY LOVE for Vinny & Marco!

Stay was wonderful. Beautiful property, kind staff, and solid AC.

The staff were excellent and arranged for our transfer to the cruise terminal. The front desk doubles as concierge services and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. The rooms are very clean and the shower was very nice with one flaw. The floor was slippery so ask for a mat and they are available. Overall a 9/10 and 10/10 for staff and 10/10 for breakfast.

We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly; they arranged our transportation to and from the hotel via email in advance, provided excellent restaurant recommendations and walking routes, and assisted with rescheduling our departure time after a last-minute flight delay. The family room we stayed in was impeccably clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and offered an abundance of options. We found the lobby bar to be a great place to recover from long, hot days exploring the city, and our kids claim they make the best Shirley Temple anywhere. Also important: it’s in a very convenient location and has great air conditioning!

This was the highlight stay of our italian vacation. We will always stay here when traveling to Venice.

This boutique hotel was fantastic. I especially loved the location on the Giudecca Canal in Dorsoduro, away from the main hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal and the busiest parts of Venice. It was peaceful and quiet at night, yet incredibly convenient, with easy access to the vaporetto (water bus). Between walking and taking the water bus, it was easy to reach all of Venice’s main attractions. There were restaurants just outside the door and a great gelato place within about 50 feet—always a bonus in Italy! I loved the character of the hotel. There was a lovely outdoor sitting area, a great breakfast, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were also happy to store luggage, which was very convenient. My room was always kept clean and comfortable. I really have no complaints. It’s a charming boutique hotel with plenty of character and absolutely worth staying at. Would I stay there again? Definitely. Although if I return to Venice, I might choose a different neighborhood simply for the fun of exploring another part of the city—not because there was anything wrong with this location. I highly recommend this hotel and had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe these are basic items that should already be provided. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices.

An absolutely outstanding 3 night stay. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately there was so many great evening food options around we didn't eat in the hotel but can also recommend it's location. Staff were fantastic too, there was nothing to dislike about the hotel, staff or location. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Veneziano! The location was perfect—peaceful and away from the crowds around St. Mark’s Square, yet still very convenient for exploring Venice. The hotel is just a short walk from the water bus stop, making it incredibly easy to reach both the city center and the airport. A special thank you to Expedia for upgrading our room. It was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Palazzo Veneziano to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Venice.
