The hotel is a short easy walk from the public boat dock. Approximately 40 minutes ride from the airport on the public water taxi. Just a short walk to San Marco Square. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a prime location right next to St Mark’s Square, the room was ok but the only thing was that the bathroom was too small, next time I will book a bigger room.

Fantastic location, brilliant room and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Excellent location close to Piazza San Marco. A store with some basic groceries is 2 doors down. The breakfast in the morning was good, and offered a variety of items. Also, the staff were quite helpful when you needed it. My only real complaint is that the basic rooms are about half the size of a regular hotel room. One person would do fine in them, or if you only have check in size luggage, but there isn't much room to put your bags if you have 2 pieces of larger luggage. It is something to be aware of before booking. With the price, you are definitely paying for the location.

Excellent breakfast. We loved the location, with only 5 to 10 min walks around Venice. It is next to a canal. We had to open the window since A/C is on/off, doesnt seem to be functioning well. My son had mosquito bites on our last day and we had to buy creams. The street gets loud and walls are thin. We could hear the elevator and our neighbors. We slept welk though, coz we were very jet-lagged. Breakfast option was great! We'd stay again since location to San Marco and Rialto bridge is ideal.

conveniently close to St Mark’s square, u have to go thru a bridge to get the hotel. accessible to everything. 5 mins away fr San Marco Giardenetti Vaporetto stop. hotel lobby and breakfast being served is superb, lots of variety. Room we had was 308 needs some renovating, dim light but bathroom is clean with good water pressure

The room was not as the pictures and the first room I was given was tiny and I really had to argue for a better one which was still not as booked. The Wifi was terrible and they made excuse after excuse, to me wifi is critical and no way can I recommend this hotel as it is now
