Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka

The staff at Centurion Grand Hotel are absolutely amazing! They treat you with a great amount of hospitality and kindness which put me at ease while traveling. I also thought that the room was sufficient in size and didn’t feel too cramped. Most importantly, this location is the key point of the hotel. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the Akasaka-Mitsuke line, which connects you to great shopping hubs like Shibuya and Ginza. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Room was clean. Staff were extremely courteous and kind. I have never seen such a courteous staff anywhere in the world during my stay.

Fortunately, I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel. Expedia solved a problem with my planned reservation in another site and the result was very good for me. I liked the location, the staff is very attentive, the room was cleaned and the times I ask for making the room, all works with no problem. Definitely, I repeat this site in my next trip to Japan.

The suite is a great size for a stay in Tokyo. Staff are all attentive and helpful. My mom said the cleaners are very thorough as she happened to be in the room one time. We enjoyed our stay here and this is very convenient location with lots of good places to eat at.

My 12-hour layover in Tokyo turned into something unexpectedly memorable thanks to Centurion Hotel Akasaka. After a grueling 14-hour flight, I needed a quick place to rest and booked this hotel somewhat hastily and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, especially for a first visit to Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything you might need even on a tight schedule. I arrived late at 11 PM and checked out early at 6 AM, yet everything felt seamless from start to finish. What truly stood out was the staff. They were intentional, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. It was raining when I arrived, and they made sure I was taken care of in every way. To top it off, I was even upgraded, which made my short stay feel extra special. If you’re passing through Tokyo or even staying longer, I would highly recommend this place without hesitation.

Muy buena ubicación, personal excelente, propio de Japón. Las habitaciones ya un poco viejas y falta de mantenimiento peor por el lugar donde está esta buenisimo. Centeico y a 2 minutos de la estación de Akasaka.
