The stay at this hotel was splendid, the room was very clean and has the traditional cozy feel, amenities were good, with public bath, breakfast spread, and even has a KTV room/table tennis room that we can book and use. There is a simple snack and beverage bar during the day for guests to enjoy, too. The hotel staff were very friendly and even helped to clear the snow off the cars parked at their premise during the morning when guests were going to make their way out. Such a simple gesture is very well appreciated. My family and kids really enjoyed and loved this place. Excellent. Thank you!

Requested room with mountain view and was granted by the hotel. Mt fuji is breathtaking in person. Location around 1km plus from train station. Shuttle provided but only on certain time (pls check time with hotel) Double bed a bit small but good enough for 2 of us. Clean. Yukata provided for sleeping. Recommended, especially for the mt fuji view.

Staff to help And very good advice The room is a decent size, not uncomfortable, although it is a shared bathroom but it is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the common living room is beautifully decorated.

We had a great experience staying at Guesthouse Fujinokura Kawaguchiko. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. They stored our luggage upon our early arrival, and when we came to check in, they put our luggage already in our room. The location was excellent.

I booked the Mt. Fuji room view! It was so breathtaking! Very nice, and the onsen has the best facilities. They have REFA brand as the hairdryer! Breakfast too, very nice, they have many kinds of food.
