The hotel is comfortable and clean. Very close to Nagahoribashi Station (Exit 5A) and the Dotonbori area. At the hotel, there is an Indonesian receptionist who is very helpful in serving Indonesian hotel guests.

Stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka for 6 days and 5 nights, very grateful to have chosen this hotel, the location is right in front of Parco and Daimaru malls, the metro station is also right next to the hotel, the family just walked behind the hotel and there were many Family Mart options, walking to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market is also only a matter of minutes😍

The hotel staff is friendly and clear in explaining. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Amenities are very complete, can get pajamas, even shoe cleaners. Strategic location close to Shin Osaka station and also close to Family Mart and Sevel. Overall it is very okay to stay here and highly recommended.

Cozy place to rest... And the location was easy to reach from subway and there are many good spots near the hotel.

The hotel is clean and very near Shin-Imamiya station which is just same line from Kansai Airport. You get more than what you paid for. If I come back in Osaka, I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Just a short walk from the train station. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities with a microwave and gas cooktop. The bathroom had a washer/dryer and spare toothbrush kit. We had a pleasant, safe stay at a reasonable price. Arigatō!

The best capsule hotel here in Japan. This capsule hotel is just a walk away from the center of Dotonbori where you can enjoy all the food and shopping center in Osaka. It’s also near to Namba Station. Awesome 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

1. This hotel is very strategic, it's only a 5-minute walk to Shinshaibaishi and Dotonburi and basically all the attractions right in the heart of Osaka. 2. It is near halal restaurants. 3. The hotel breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food choices—from multigrain rice, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, croissants, soup, and 2 choices of fresh juices. It’s really worth what you’re paying for. 4. They provide free-flow coffee and tea up until 12 midnight, and their coffee and tea selection are actually really good! I love ittt. 5. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the lobby until 12 midnight and they will lock it for you for safety. 6. The staff are very respectful and polite. 7. They change your linen every day. 8. There’s a laundry service wash & dry for only 600 Yen. 9. There’s Lawson just right next to it. 10. The bathroom has good water pressure and a water heater. 11.
