The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to Osaka/Umeda Station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and easy transport links. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything you’d need for a short stay. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a practical, well-located, and reliable place to stay in Osaka, this hotel is a great choice. Best hotel I’ve stayed at during my entire trip in Japan. It's a 5-7mins walk from the station, super close to a mall, konbini, food place & everything. The room is quite spacious unlike other hotels in Japan, the service was great—I sent my luggage to Takayama @ 11pm and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
