Richmond Hotel Narita

The room was clean, staff were nice. It has very good breakfast. Close to convenience stores and train station.

It’s close to the Narita station, and there are plenty of shuttle buses. It’s clean, and the staff are friendly.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke English and was able to direct us to take a bus to nearby Aeon mall. Loved the free amenities and they give you a little bag to collect what you need. Shuttle to airport had more times than previous trip. We will always choose the Richmond for future layover trips!

Room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. I purchased buffet breakfast and it was worthy. Food choices were great. They have a free shuttle service to take you to the airport. Close to food, station, and shopping.

Heureusement que le service était agréable et que l’hôtel est bien situé en plus d’avoir un service de navette pour l’aéroport, car notre chambre n’était pas propre: poussière sur les lampes et moisissure dans la salle de bain, petits insectes gros comme une tête d’épingle sur les murs et tapis taché. De plus, même si la fenêtre était fermée on entendait les bruits extérieurs comme si elle était ouverte. Cet hôtel a besoin d’une bonne rénovation.

We stayed at the Richmond Hotel Narita for one night as a layover before our flight, and it was a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located near Narita Station. Walking from the station to the hotel was easy since it was mostly downhill, although for our return trip to the airport we decided to take a taxi because we had several bags with us. The hotel is also within walking distance of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and Omotesando Street, which made it easy to explore the area and enjoy some of the local sights and shops. The hotel staff were very courteous, friendly, and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—it was amazing and offered a great start to our day. The only challenge was the room size. For our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids), the room felt a little tight, but since we were only staying one night, it worked out fine. If we return to this area in the future, we would likely book two rooms or look for a hotel with larger accommodations. Overall, the Richmond Hotel Narita was a great hotel with a convenient location, excellent service, and a fantastic breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again, just with a larger room setup for our family.

The room as clean and big. The staffs were very friendly. They can hold your luggages while you explore before our flight.

A wonderful first and last stop on our way in and out of Japan. The free shuttle service to the airport was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was amazing and worth the add-on price. The temple and gardens are gorgeous and worth a visit, as was the cute little street with shops and restaurants on our way home.

Overall is a good stay for a night for transit purpose. The room is average, the carpet from the front entrance in my room was a bit dirty and faded. The restroom has no exhaust fan, thus if shower with hot water it steam up the whole restroom and traps some moisture. Overall is clean and reasonable price and the free shuttle service to airport is awesome! The staff were friendly and helpful.
