Lovely stay. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage until check-in. The hotel is close to station and subway lines, Lawson's, and a great ramen place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Location is very convenient. It is next to Ginza shopping and few mins walk to Ginza station. Breakfast is good. There is a mix of Japanese and Western food. Rooms are cosy and clean.

Clean rooms and hotel in general, ice machine and water fountain on lvl 13 was convenient. Breakfast was good, not amazing.

This is the third time I stay with this hotel. I love the location and it is right in the heart of Ginza with multiple lines of subways and trains. The hotel is getting a bit aged over the year. Room is clean but too small. Hotel is getting too busy with organized tour and if we got back to the hotel at the wrong time. We are struck and waited for elevator for quite a long time especially when you are exhausted and tired. For short stay like a day or two is fine. For longer stay, I am finding it too busy. Will find other hotel next time in the same area that is not as busy. Kind of over booked.
