The hotel was wonderful! Staff were very helpful especially when we were trying to find a coin laundry and forwarding luggage to Aomori. The rooms were spacious for Japanese hotels. There was a water station on the hotel floor for easy refilling and the location in Ginza is close to everything.

Super great location, the logo on top of building helped us find our way back sometimes as the streets looked familiar. Family Mart, Watson, Starbucks, and Ipputo ramen within a minute. Staff very friendly. We chose no breakfast as we wanted to eat other things nearby. Room on small side in terms of space to open luggage and wish room can be brighter but this is similar to many other hotels in Tokyo.

This was our least favorite hotel and also our most expensive during our trip. The rooms were roomier than others so that was a plus but the bathroom had hair on the floor and less amenities than others and the breakfast was expensive and just ok.

Location was good, close to MRT station and Ginza main area. The room was clean and spacious for our family for 3. The staff were very nice and helpful with good speaking English.

Super great location, the logo on top of building helped us find our way back sometimes as the streets looked familiar. Family Mart, Watson, Starbucks, and Ipputo ramen within a minute. Staff very friendly. We chose no breakfast as we wanted to eat other things nearby. Room on small side in terms of space to open luggage and wish room can be brighter but this is similar to many other hotels in Tokyo.

This was our least favorite hotel and also our most expensive during our trip. The rooms were roomier than others so that was a plus but the bathroom had hair on the floor and less amenities than others and the breakfast was expensive and just ok.
