This is the third time I stay with this hotel. I love the location and it is right in the heart of Ginza with multiple lines of subways and trains. The hotel is getting a bit aged over the year. Room is clean but too small. Hotel is getting too busy with organized tour and if we got back to the hotel at the wrong time. We are struck and waited for elevator for quite a long time especially when you are exhausted and tired. For short stay like a day or two is fine. For longer stay, I am finding it too busy. Will find other hotel next time in the same area that is not as busy. Kind of over booked.

Great location, lovely staff. Small breakfast selection compared with other hotels I stayed at but still delicious and fresh. No in-house laundry facilities. The room was clean and spacious. Good size beds, wardrobe and bathroom. Alternate day room clean but you can choose to have the room cleaned or not if you wish - just put the sign on your door.
