I was scheduled to depart early the next morning, so I asked them to ship my luggage even though it was late at night. Despite the late hour and the large number of people checking in, they handled it with a smile without showing any displeasure, which was a great help.

Great staff at reception desk, friendly and informative. Room (economy compact for 2)was small but clean and comfortable, good for one night stay. Carpet looks dirty in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was OK, not much choice besides Asian style food. Only eggs available were "scrambled" i.e. almost liquid . No options for omelets or boiled eggs. No fresh fruits, fake juice, bad coffee. The main positive point for this hotel is the beautiful huge park with Buddhist temple/pagoda that is only a few minutes walk from hotel, and the touristy shopping street. Also restaurants around and supermarket. Shuttle service on time and efficient.

Tiny and basic room. Quite a bit of a walk from the nearest train station. Nothing in the area of the hotel too, there is a family mart in the hotel but it is not open 24hrs. Some vending machines for drinks available. The rooms are too small and not particularly clean, i wouldn't stay more than 1 night, it would not be comfortable. But the shuttle bus to narita airport is very convenient (need to book in advance). We only ever use this hotel if we have really early flights out of Narita airport the next day.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we had in Japan. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle to Narita airport, but they don't drive too frequently to the airport (once per hour). Narita is a nice town to visit too, within walking distance

Noisy and dirty. Staff members are not very welcoming. The afternoon staff members apparently were too busy chatting among themselves to see to us, and just pointed to the self check-in machine. The location was quite good. Short shuttle trip from the airport. That was all that was good, the rest was terrible. The room was so tiny, we barely could walk around. The washroom was cramped and dark, and the toilet had a bad smell. My wife fell trying to get off the washroom, because there was an odd 10cm elevation at the door entrance/exit. I am tall and muscular, so the lack of space was extra tough on me. The walls were stained and the remote controller for the in-room entertainment was crusty and dirty. The beds were very high and hard. My wife was exhausted after a 16h trip and could not fall asleep, there were crying baby noises all night. The doors are poorly sealed and you can see the light from the corridor, and hear other people in the neighbouring rooms. There were notices everywhere about the elevator being scheduled maintenance and power and water being cut off for inspection. All in the same week. I pity the guests staying there for a longer period than we did.
