It's very comfortable to stay here and is suitable for those who have a seminar agenda at MITEC because there is a free shuttle to MITEC and back.

A comfortable hotel, the hotel staff are also very helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is large and the environment is comfortable and kids friendly, the facilities are complete.

Strategically located near Masjid Jamek MRT station, easy access to everything. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Excellent amenities include a refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and water dispenser outside the room. A top choice for a Swiss-ôtel stay.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Felt so welcomed by the welcome message on the television and the fruit platter. Nice touches that make a difference! Location was so convenient to the mall and train station. Will stay here again!

So luxurious.. I want to go back again during the next holiday, try out the other rooms and interiors.. I feel like a prince.. Every photo spot is perfect.. They are all beautiful.. The atmosphere and architecture are so beautiful.. I am really satisfied..

The staff at the hotel provides one of the best services I've ever experienced at a hotel! They are welcoming, greet you every time they see you, and offer to carry your bags and shopping hauls back to your room for you. 10/10 would definitely stay again when I'm in Kuala Lumpur.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower was okay, easy access to the Pasar Seni LRT (just a short walk), lots of legendary food around the hotel, close to Central Market and Petaling Street. It was a pleasure!

The staff are friendly every time you meet them, they’ve been so helpful. The room was more than okay for me, there’s a refrigerator, praying mat, bathroom with essentials and hot water. The staff even helped us bring our luggage to KL Sentral when we checked out. Definitely worth and recommended!

I had a great stay here. There is a shopping mall located just downstairs, making it very convenient to buy anything I need. The mall also offers a wide variety of food choices, which was a big plus.
