There were five of us, two adults and three children. The room was very spacious, with a bedroom with a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and a sofa bed. There was a washing machine so we could do laundry, a microwave, and a stovetop. The amenities were complete. Highly recommend staying here.

Friendly staff. Since I was bringing children and elderly parents, I requested a connecting room. After checking in, I was called to check on my room. It exceeded my expectations, with a spacious and comfortable room and filtered drinking water. The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to Alor and several nearby convenience stores. It's within walking distance to Lot 10 and Pavilion. I'll definitely be back if I visit KL again.

Every time I come to Kuala Lumpur, I always stay at Grand Millennium Hotel Bukit Bintang since 2006 🥰 It’s in a very strategic location, close to shopping areas and great places to eat. The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at The Robertson Kuala Lumpur. It's close to Pudu Station, Jalan Alor, and Petaling Street, all within walking distance. The unit I booked also came with a variety of cooking and laundry equipment, making it easy to spend time with my family. If I ever return to Kuala Lumpur, I'll definitely stay here again. 👍
