Good place to stay at Bangsar South area, Kuala Lumpur. Near to restaurants, Nexus, and Sphere. What a wonderful place. Near to Gateway Mall and LRT Kerinchi and University. The facilities are complete: washer, dryer, gym, swimming pool, games area, etc.

I regularly stay here for my annual check-up. The location is close to the check-in counter. I was pleased with the friendly service from the receptionist and was allowed a late check-out until 1:30 PM. Thank you.

The staff are friendly every time you meet them, they’ve been so helpful. The room was more than okay for me, there’s a refrigerator, praying mat, bathroom with essentials and hot water. The staff even helped us bring our luggage to KL Sentral when we checked out. Definitely worth and recommended!

The facilities for me is all in 1 for family vacation. They provide swimming pool, gym and the breakfast was awesome. They provide vegetarian dishes also, so for me is excellent. The most valuable that the hotel is connected to the gardens mall, so it's very convenient to fulfill all our needed.

The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Great budget hotel...80 m from Lrt station Kerinchi, spacious room, cool bathroom, very clean and comfortable, hot water, drinking water, water heater, hair dryer, tissue all available.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The view was amazing, and the proximity to KL Sentral had me sold. Beyond expectation given the price of a night stay. Perfect for getting some rest before/after travelling to/from KL Sentral.

It was a pleasure birthday staycation with Alila Bangsar. I got a free birthday cake and that was out of my expectation. What a thoughtful gesture from Alila. I love the spacious room/bathroom space. Definitely is one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in KL. Looking forward to another stay with Alila soon 🥰
