It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.

I had a very pleasant stay at this WECARE-managed unit. It was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable and perfect for a short getaway. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Considering the price, it offers excellent value for money. I really enjoyed staying at City Central Hotel because it is strategically located for tourists, across from the NU Sentral mall and directly connected to KL Sentral station, which is one of the main transit points for public transportation, which in my personal opinion is an important point because it makes it easier to travel. The service was excellent, the receptionist was friendly and the bellboy was also very responsive and friendly. The welcome drink was very refreshing and there was also a gallon for refilling drinking water which was very useful. The room was comfortable, the power outlets and other electronic devices worked well. Overall, I was happy and comfortable while staying at City Central Hotel. If I have the opportunity to visit Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely stay at City Central Hotel.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer.
