The place is nice and comfortable. Very close to the MRT station (right in front of the hotel). If you want to go to Sentosa, it's also very close. In front of the hotel, there is also a mall if you want to find food and snacks, there is also Timbre+ Hawkers nearby if you want to find food with cheaper prices. Overall, I am very satisfied staying here for a week.

The self check-in is really helpful, the staff also friendly and helpful. The ambiance is nice, and my room is best for watching the sunset. Thank you, I enjoy it.

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

This was my third time staying at Royal Plaza on Scotts, and I would definitely consider coming back again. One of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel is the value for money. Hotels around Orchard can get quite expensive, but Royal Plaza on Scotts usually offers competitive rates for the area. The location is also hard to beat. It's within walking distance of Orchard Road, shopping malls, restaurants, and the MRT, so getting around Singapore is very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the room size. For the price I paid, the room felt spacious, which is becoming quite rare in Singapore these days. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay as well. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. I noticed some minor stains on the faucet in the bathroom, but it wasn't anything major or enough to affect my overall experience.

The place was nice, clean, and spacious. The location is quite nice with a bus stop, convenience store, and restaurants nearby. Although some taxi/grab drivers are not familiar with it (because it is relatively new), the building is easily recognisable. The instructions for checking in and out when there is no staff are clear and easy to do. The washer and dryer are very convenient if you travel light. There are a fridge, microwave, and hob to store and cook some food.

Hotel location near Orchard Road is convenient for a stroll to nearby malls, restaurants, and shops. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. The room was large, clean, the bed comfortable, air conditioned cold, and water pressure strong. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Will repeat my stay if I visit Singapore again.

First time in Singapore and I chose this hotel definitely a great choice! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The price is quite affordable considering the location is very close to HarbourFront Mall and the MRT, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. It’s also right next to a mosque. One thing I really like is that they allow you to store your luggage for up to 24 hours after check-out. The luggage area is self-service and easy to use. Overall, a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended 😊

The staff is friendly and fast, no fuss! Earplugs are useful if you're a light sleeper. The room is clean, and amenities are provided. Chose this hotel due to its location and I am alone, so the compact no window room is not a problem. The location is in the corner where food is immediately available (halal options!) (also 7-Eleven for morning coffee!), Ijooz is within reach (only a few steps!).

This is my first time staying around Stevens and I love the neighborhood. Another thing that is important to me is that there's a bus stop just in front of and across the hotel. The hotel also has Killiney Go and 7/11, which is very convenient. Overall service, cleanliness, and room space are great. I would come back next time.

Enjoyed my stay. The guy at the reception that serves me was super friendly and helpful. Knows my condition so well and provided me with a room and fan so that I can have a pleasant stay. I will definitely go here again whenever I need a short getaway from home. Feels homed.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They helped me with the luggage arrangement. The hotel is a short walk to Orchard Ion, so plenty of shops to lose time in.
