I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Singapore on 5 March. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were very professional and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend! Great choice for a staycation! The location is very good as is connected to three big malls. The lobby and bubble lifts are really eye-catching with the design of John Portman architecture! The hotel is big with different facilities including a pool, chess, gym, table tennis, kids playing area, etc. Staff are generally kind and responsive; Special Kodus to Abhi (from reception) and Rey (for entertainment) who made a good impression that we recalled their names :) They ensure we have a good time at Pan Pacific. We could have early check-in and slight late check-out, with a Deluxe room view of Swissotel. The room doesn't feel luxurious and modern but is comfortable. Surprisingly there is no coffee machine. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety and nice quality. Sadly exterior lifts below level 22 rooms cannot be used easily.

Extremely pleasant stay here at Pan Pacific, excellent service by hotel staff throughout. Great experience would definitely return in the future. They threw in a free room upgrade as we could not enjoy breakfast at Edge due to the new dining restrictions 😔

We stayed 1 night during the Hari Raya holiday. Room was clean though a bit dated. Check in and out was smooth. Many food options available. We went Hai Tien Lo and the food was awesome. Buffet at Edge was very good too!

I stayed in the club room. The benefits were great an the room was amazing. It was luxury. The views were amazing - Marina Bay and Merlion. I was originally meant to stay for 7 nights but due to the Middle East conflict, I arrived several days later. The hotel was kind enough to refund me the nights I did not use. Laundry service was great. Attached to Marina Square and Suntec shopping centre. Walking distance to Marina Bay and Merlion and One Fullerton for views. My only feedback is that as a vegetarian, there was limited food options, especially in the club lounge. Apart from that, it was a wonderful stay and I will most definitely book with again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We love the Pan Pacific Singapore. Upon arrival and throughout our stay we enjoyed exceptional and friendly service. We returned to this hotel having enjoyed our stay here a year ago. Our stay this trip was even more amazing given the opportunity to upgrade to a Pacific room, which includes a higher floor, sweeping view, food privileges and hotel services.

Clean rooms beds are comfortable, friendly staff, mall next to property. The buffet at the Edge restaurant was well worth the money. The food is delicious. The underground MRT have shops and restaurants this is a thumbs up to get out of the outside heat.

This hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed at. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The location is also fantastic; it’s right next to a shopping mall and food court, and it’s close to some of the city’s most famous attractions. We were so lucky to enjoy a lion dance right in our hotel during the Lunar New Year celebration. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Singapore.

We reserved a premier marina bay room but we could indeed hardly see the bay as the view is blocked by Mandarin Oriental right in the front. We had a long wait for checking in; I’m not sure why there’s a long wait while I saw 2 staff members serving one party before us. When that party was done, the receptionist left the counter. We waited for nearly 10 minutes for another staff to come. At midnight on our first day of stay, the air conditioner suddenly stopped. We didn’t see there’s a phone directory until we figured out it’s in the television. When we called the front desk, we were asked if we went out to the balcony (we did so when we checked in around 4 hours ago, not at that moment). Then we tried to turn off the “do not disturb” sign so the technician would ring the bell when he came. However, the “do not disturb” button cannot be turned off. When the technician came, we were told if we open and close the curtain, it may shut the air conditioner, which to us was an absurd answer. However, we opened and closed the curtain 4 hours ago, how could this action 4 hours before shut the air conditioner? We also told the technician we couldn’t turn off the “do not disturb” sign. Yet, he couldn’t fix it. On this, we didn’t actually get anyone to make up our room because we could never switch it to “make up room please”. Concerning cleanliness, the room looked clean at first glance until the last night I saw an ant on the carpeted wall and found there’s (I think) food residue
