Room did not have 3 beds when we arrived. Toilet was broken. We were moved to a second room that was smaller. Also, when we checked in, we were first given a shuttle time, then were tild it wasnt available because bus broke down. We were told we would need to dind a ride to the airport the next day and a cab would be 15-20 euros. The next morning, we left and the hotel van used to pick us up from the airport the night before was not being used. It was parked with no driver. As a result of not providing us shuttle service back to the airport the next morning, we were forced to spend not 15-20 euros as promised, but $23.90 for a 10 minute ride. Not only did the hotel refuse shuttle service using an available van, when we asked if we could have breakfast to help with unexpected cab/shuttle costs, the host refused. Poor service. The only hotel on our trip that caused us problems. AVOID!

Good info about the shuttle, but it is quite a long way from the terminal, so fastest waiting time was 25min. Hotel room was gigantic, but the kettle was burnt, the replacement kettle was broken, and no staff able to find a working kettle. The hotel has signs of aging, low number of staff during the night, but in the end the bed was ok. The bath was ok. Bring your own soap, and tooth brush though...

Close to airport. Breakfast was good. The airport shuttle bus could be on high demand and you may not be able to make it. If it's full and takes no more passengers, you'll have to arrange transportation to airpot yourself.

L'hôtel est magnifique et très propre. Lit confortable. Hôtel tranquille et reposant. NUEVO Boston offre un service de navette à ses clients.Ils viennent te chercher à l'aéroport et te ramène aussi . Comme je n'ai pas utilisé la piscine , ni le gym et que je n'ai pas pris de petits déjeuner . Je ne peux pas évaluer cela j'ai mis un 4 pour cette raison car il n'y avais pas de cas non applicable
