We had a great stay at Novotel Madrid Centre. The location is very convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid.

Everything was ok till I have to pay for parking at the hotel a was 29 euros pr day wuch I think that's was B,S here in USA no body in they right mine will charge there guess for parking I. Hotel

Worst check in experience. Angry reception lady got upset at me as the room wasn’t ready when she said it was. She aggressively told me to come back after 2 which I was ok with, then got very defensive and rude when it wasn’t ready at 2:30pm. I think she was embarrassed, which isn’t a good look for someone representing you hotel. Terrible attitude, she wanted an argument and I couldn’t be bothered. Bad introduction. There was a conference with a load of people smoking out front. Could t walk in the hotel without walking through the smoke. The bed room smelt of cigarettes. Very poor. From the linen to the bed. A real shame. Worst Accor experience I’ve had.

El hotel súper céntrico. A unos pasos del parque del retiro. Lo único es q pedimos habitacion para 3 y la cama en vez de queen era twin y se separaba. Viajamos mi esposo mi hija de 11 años y yo. El buffet de desayuno súper Rico. El staff siempre muy atento. Nos guardaron las maletas el último día porq el vuelo salía muy tarde. En general lo recomiendo. Abajo muchas tiendas para ir de shipping.
