Clearly, one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in this place was awesome

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ‘lovely’ room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. I really appreciated that there is a well stocked galley on each floor for tea and coffee making. The location is perfect for the Lake, sights, dining and shopping, Gare Cornavin, great for walking and close to three tram stops (Molard, Bel-Air, Stand) for venturing further.

Great location, modern clean room and great staff throughout hotel. A coffee machine in the room would have been good though.

Lovely clean hotel, perfect for our one night stay in Geneva, great location.

Breakfast was good fresh pastries etc, such a fab location everything was right there

Great location but dark and very odd setup. All the other hotels in Switzerland had a coffee/water dispenser in the room but this one you had to walk to a library to get instant coffee which was horrible while all the other hotels had nice espresso in the room. There was no concierge to help with bookings for restaurants etc… it was bare bones so it yourself… never again.

Great location, comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Stayed one night. Very loud late night revelers. Wish we had a room with a view, but we were happy to be able to check in early.

Always fabulous. Great value, prime location, terrific staff, really cool space, wonderful breakfast!!

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The unit was very clean as well. We so appreciate it! We didn’t have more than 2 toilet paper rolls nor any soap so that was a surprise. But we were close to the carrefour so it was easy to solve

En general es un buen hotel, la habitación impecable, la decoración es simple pero agradable. No tenía muchas amenidades, la TV te piden conectarte a un chormecast pero nunca funcionó, cuenta un una bocina para conectarte por bluetooth y al menos pudimos poner música, considero que para el tipo de hotel, deberia contar con un frigobar, seria de mucha utilidad. El hotel es cierto punto es más informal, no necesitas pasar por recepción más que para hacer el check in.

The room was very clean but a little too warm and the cooling didn’t seem to operate. We also had a cleaner walk in without knocking which gave everyone a bit of a shock as it was early morning and we were just getting up.

The staff was excellent, the location of the property also very hood. However, the rooms were very small and lacked amenities.

Room was great and staff super!

Great room, service and overall cleanliness. Would recommend.
