The staff was okay and helpful, especially the concierge. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a bathtub too, so it was a decent price performance for the room. It is located near Rajamangala Stadium, where we had a concert to attend, so it was quite convenient too. Definitely will go back staying here if we have another event in the stadium!

In my opinion, this hotel is really great. The room is spacious and can accommodate 3–4 people comfortably. The service is very friendly, and the location is close to the city center. It’s situated in a residential area, so it’s easy to find food and drinks nearby. It’s also quite close to Big C, the MRT, Thailand Cultural Centre, etc. (around a 1 km walking distance). The price is reasonable, and the room facilities are excellent — there is a washing machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, and microwave available for shared use. Highly recommended for those who want to travel to Thailand with friends or family. NGL, I will definitely be back soon!

Came to Bangkok many times and will always stay here. The rooms are clean. The bed and pillows are very soft. Sleep comfortably, the staff are polite and friendly. Especially the housekeepers on the 7th and 8th floors did a very good job of cleaning the rooms. The counter staff next to the washing machine provided very good service, smiling, friendly, extremely impressive. If you come to Bangkok, you will definitely come to stay here again.

The best and nicest hotel in Thailand, the staff is friendly and can speak Indonesian even though they look foreign. Almost all of the staff were very helpful with whatever we needed and provided good guidance when we had difficulty communicating. I stayed for 6 nights here. Good price for the room with a balcony with the view of the city lights of Bangkok. Breakfast is tasty and always has a different variety every day, good for Muslims as mentioned no pork or lard in the ingredients. All staff are friendly, allowing me to enter the room 30 minutes before the check-in time. Definitely will come back if I am going to Thailand again.

I enjoyed my stay at Livotel and found the hotel to be quite comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and suitable for resting. The staff were friendly and provided good service during my stay. The location was also easy to access, which made traveling around more convenient. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend Livotel for a short stay.
