I stayed at Livotel Hotel Kaset Nawamin Chatuchak and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is conveniently located near everything you might need. Just a short walk away, there’s a 7-Eleven (my go-to for quick essentials), along with food stalls that come alive at night, a pharmacy, and a laundry area. The beddings were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even as a solo traveler from the Philippines, I felt right at home. The locals in the area are so kind and helpful. Even with a language barrier, they were patient, and my translator app made communication easy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here, and I’m already considering coming back for a longer stay. Very quiet and great location. The facilities are nice, we can enjoy Netflix on the smart TV. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Good room, delicious breakfast and I really like the smell of UHG hotels. Both places I stayed were fragrant. I love it so much. Everything is great. The view from the room is of both the swimming pool and BTS. Most importantly, the hotel is located very well. It is near Central Ladprao, Union Mall, and it is also connected to MRT Phahon Yothin Exit 1. It is very convenient and easy to get to the airport. The first time I stayed there, I was very impressed. I will go back to stay again when I have a chance.

I’m always staying at this hotel and always request room 409 or 509 because it's nearby the lift. 20 steps from the reception, you can enter MRT station Sutthisan. There are a lot of food streets and 7-Elevens within walking distance. Near Huai Khwang night market, it's only 50THB by taxi. Super friendly staff.

I am very satisfied with my stay here. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room had all the basic amenities and was quiet, allowing me to rest well. I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends.

The staff was okay and helpful, especially the concierge. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a bathtub too, so it was a decent price performance for the room. It is located near Rajamangala Stadium, where we had a concert to attend, so it was quite convenient too. Definitely will go back staying here if we have another event in the stadium!

Spacious room, clean, good price, but far from Chatuchak market, have to go by motorbike or taxi.

Staff super friendly!! Especially Miss Lek and Pam!!! They take care of me and are very friendly! I’m so happy staying here. There’s cheap laundry just downstairs and Seven Eleven is a 1 minute walk!! Super convenient!!! 💕

The staffs are very helpful and provide good service regarding the key card. The hotel smells very nice. I am impressed.

The receptionist is nice and helpful, especially Meaw, she is good. The capsule is clean and cozy. I will stay here again when visiting Thailand. Khop khun mak na krub.
