Apartment in Kensington

Got upgraded to the bigger room. Staff were kind and the hotel is very close to the tube station which makes it way better and easier to travel. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends/family.

Hostel nice but walk a lot I got booking with mixed room. I changed room and paid a bit more different​room rate ​for female room nicer than. Just not inconvenient ​for me.

I recently had a great stay at Double Tree by Hilton Hyde Park. The staffs were incredibly friendly and nice to have a chat with, also special thanks to Caner for the warm welcome with bunch of cookies was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good rest. The hotel ' s location near Hyde Park made it convenient for exploring the city, and the staff ' s helpfulness added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend DoubleTree Hyde Park for a delightful and hassle-free stay in. London. It truly exceeded my expectations.

There were a lot of Moslem stayed there, so I felt comfort.

The room was small. They didn't provide dental kit as any good hotel does. They didn't change or clean the glasses we used to drink so we had to clean them ourselves which I never encountered such practice in any good hotel I have ever been to. But the location is good. The surrounding is nice. The concierge service to keep our luggage is good. But I wouldn't stay in this hotel again with the price I had to pay. Cheers.

Location is near to station, minimarket, cafes. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Strategic location with reasonable rate, the hotel is always busy.

Like other Hilton standard, I had a pleasent stay! Ther service was nice, everyone were helpful! Location wise is the best, close to my daughter apartment in Holand Park Avenue, and it was close to bus/train/tube station. There are a big Mall and supermarkets as well! Many restaurants available around there ….

Just bad. Really guys. There are nice hotels in front this hotel.
