Apartment in Karet

I booked a room for January 17, 2026. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp to confirm the room and amenities. What impressed me was the fast response and friendly staff. My expectations were in line with what most visitors have reviewed here, impressive. The room was clean, amenities were available, hot water was available, and there was a city view from the balcony. Access to Sudirman is very affordable, dining outside the hotel is just a short walk away, and the mall is also quite affordable with plenty of options. Truly comfortable. Thank you!

Fun, clean, service is okay.

Always a pleasant stay here. The rooms are large and clean, complete with a refrigerator and cutlery such as plates, bowls, spoons, and forks. The location is close to Trans Studio. The service is friendly. Thank you, admin. Success always.

Top Location & Service. Staying at Shankee Suites was very satisfying. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly & responsive. Strategic location with city light view, easy to go everywhere. Worth it! Kudos to the best hospitality. Rista and Robby as a staff are friendly and also very helpful. The hotel restaurant is delicious & the service is fast. Overall very satisfied👍
