My first experience staying here for 4 nights. The room was very comfortable, clean, and smelled great. The staff was friendly and provided free ironing. I'll stay here again next time, as it's close to everything, thanks to the Setiabudi MRT station.

I booked a room for January 17, 2026. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp to confirm the room and amenities. What impressed me was the fast response and friendly staff. My expectations were in line with what most visitors have reviewed here, impressive. The room was clean, amenities were available, hot water was available, and there was a city view from the balcony. Access to Sudirman is very affordable, dining outside the hotel is just a short walk away, and the mall is also quite affordable with plenty of options. Truly comfortable. Thank you!

Top Location & Service. Staying at Shankee Suites was very satisfying. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly & responsive. Strategic location with city light view, easy to go everywhere. Worth it! Kudos to the best hospitality. Rista and Robby as a staff are friendly and also very helpful. The hotel restaurant is delicious & the service is fast. Overall very satisfied👍

The hotel staff, from the security guard at the front gate to the room service and breakfast crew, were very friendly and helpful. The distance to my destination was only 300 meters. The food was varied and delicious. The hot water from the shower was very strong and comfortable. I was lucky!! Since I arrived at 10 am to confirm, the FO called me at 12 noon and said the room was ready. That was very helpful because I had two small children with me. Thank you very much Hotel Manhattan!! Don't forget to try the Indian restaurant on the 36th floor, it was delicious!

An apartment-style hotel. It feels like living in an apartment with a 2-bedroom unit. There's a kitchen and refrigerator, so you can cook anything you want. The service is friendly. We got a high floor, 31. Close to Epicentrum Walk, PasFest, and you can exercise and swim nearby. Everything is within walking distance.
