I had an excellent experience at the hotel, and what stood out the most was the friendly staff—they were welcoming from the moment I arrived, greeted me with a warm attitude, and were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They responded quickly to my questions, offered useful recommendations, and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Their positive energy and professionalism truly enhanced the overall vibe of the hotel, and I would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

This is my second stay here on my trip to South Jakarta because the hotel is clean, nice, and budget-friendly. So, it's perfect for a family getaway. Plus, it's close to Kopi Calf To Go, so you can enjoy a delicious coffee just a short walk away.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable.

An apartment-style hotel. It feels like living in an apartment with a 2-bedroom unit. There's a kitchen and refrigerator, so you can cook anything you want. The service is friendly. We got a high floor, 31. Close to Epicentrum Walk, PasFest, and you can exercise and swim nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Our four days there were enjoyable.

I had a wonderful staycation in Avissa. The food variation keeps you full from breakfast to the next lunch. All staff are nice and welcoming you with a smile.

From the beginning of checking in, the service was very friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was really maintained, the facilities were also good, including the swimming pool which was clean, nice and spacious.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff upon check-in. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Strategically located close to Lotte Mall and the Raffles Hotel. Easy access to food, both affordable (near the main road) and more expensive (at Lotte Mall). Hopefully, I'll be able to stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and it was very close to malls, restaurants, Transjakarta, and other public transportation. This hotel is highly recommended for a short family getaway.

The place is clean and nice. For those who will do activity around mega brass / brass city / ambasador, strategic location really, and not too hectic. The security guard is very friendly and helpful. Like it!
