The location is excellent—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We booked a triple room, and it was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family. The beds were cozy, and there was enough room for luggage without feeling cramped. An apartment-style hotel. It feels like living in an apartment with a 2-bedroom unit. There's a kitchen and refrigerator, so you can cook anything you want. The service is friendly. We got a high floor, 31. Close to Epicentrum Walk, PasFest, and you can exercise and swim nearby. Everything is within walking distance.
Our four days there were enjoyable.

I have stayed at Avissa Hotel for 6 months, and for my current visit, I chose Avissa from the many hotels in Jakarta because I already know and like staying at Avissa with all its goodness, it doesn't need to be luxurious like 5 stars but Avissa offers other things that I might not be able to experience in other places, like staying at home, hopefully Avissa continues to be better and more advanced, recommended place to visit when in Jakarta.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the experience has been consistently good. The check-in process was quick and easy, with only a small deposit of IDR 50,000 required. There are plenty of food stalls and local eateries around the hotel, making it very convenient to find meals. The location is also great—only about 500 meters from a shopping center. The hotel is budget-friendly and offers good value for the price. The hot water works well, the air conditioning is reliable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at D' Bamboo Suites while looking for a budget-friendly place with reliable Wi-Fi to pull an all-nighter for my side projects. This hotel exceeded my expectations for its class; it felt much more premium than a basic budget stay. The ambiance is incredibly cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal spot to stay focused and productive throughout the night. The highlights of my stay were definitely the on-site restaurant and the overall convenience. The food is very affordable yet delicious, I even ordered the "Mie Bangladesh" twice because it was that good!

The entire hotel area is clean, the room/bathroom is clean. The size is just right, there is a refrigerator, plenty of plugs even in the bathroom. Got a large window. When checking in, the AC was not cold enough, and after informing the hotel staff, the handling was quick. When I returned from outside, the AC was cold again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel staff is friendly from the security, receptionist, room service is very very good, especially the two ladies at the reception and also the man who cleaned the room and the room service is very excellent.
