The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 12 noon to leave my luggage, but since the room was already available, I was allowed to check in early. Thank you, Ms. Junisa (if I'm not mistaken). The hotel is very close to Jakarta's Jakarta Convention Center (PRJ). Highly recommended for those who frequently staycation in Jakarta.

The check-in process was quick and efficient. The male Front Office staff on the night shift was very responsive and friendly, although I forgot to ask his name. Special thanks as well to the Front Office Manager for ensuring such great service. Much appreciated.

Alhamdulillah, I am very satisfied staying here. Everything is okay. The room is spacious, the bed is big. It is clean and comfortable, to the point that I originally wanted to try the service for 1 day. Oh, I even extended it for another day, because it was that comfortable.
