Actually, my mother stayed at this hotel... she said that this hotel is very comfortable, clean, the service is good, professional and very friendly. The hotel also looks very grand but the price is still very pocket-friendly. Basically, this is the best choice of hotel,,, oh yeah, the breakfast is also really good. the food is varied. Basically, when you go to Jakarta, you must stay here, especially if you go with your family. Guaranteed to be comfortable and fun

Clean, comfortable, spacious and strategic location to everywhere. The interior is also quite interesting. We didn't take the breakfast menu, but it was easy to just order GoFood and it was delivered directly to the room. Happy.

It was our first time to stay at this hotel. First thing first before I book a hotel, I have to double check the reviews from app and Maps (it was good, so I decided to book the room). The results were amazing, the moment when we stepped out of our Grab - the staff was right away came and helped us with the luggage (we got like 30-50kg inside our luggage, so..). The checked in process was smooth & the next day we even able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checked out. All of the staff were friendly and full of smiles (this is how hospitality industry should be). The room was clean and comfortable, the location? Oh please don’t ask me, it was just perfect for us. I wrote this review with an honest experience from us (as I also working in this industry for the past 10 years over Asia).

Of all the hotels I've stayed at, Hi Hotel is the best in terms of location, comfort, and easy transportation access. It's close to shopping areas and 24/7 dining options. Simply put, Hi Hotel is the best.

Very comfortable place, AC is very good because it is very cold, very suitable for cold lovers like me, delicious food even though the choices are not many but according to the price. Strategic location, close to minimarkets. The hotel staff are also friendly. Very recommended! Will be back soon ❤️

My first experience staying at this hotel for 5 nights was very memorable. The receptionist was friendly, the other staff were also friendly and very helpful. Finally, I'm back again... When I'm in Jakarta, I always stay in Ibis Senen. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is quite big, comfortable, and clean. For sure, I will be back again when visiting Jakarta.
