Very nice and closed train station

Very nice hotel, room is spacious, facilities are great. Food is good, staff are helpful and polite.

Location is superb. Literally a few steps away from the train/bus station. Walking distance to major tourist attractions. AC in the room didn't seem to work so I had to open the window to let the cool air flow in. Hair dryer stopped working every half a minute or so, which was a major downside for me. They don't have a hand shower in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Easy to go from central station supermarket just go down building and lobby open 10:00 AM

Everything was perfect except the girl who had check in us she was very professional at the beginning but at the end she shown up her dark side she left my passport on the table while I gave it to her 'hand on hand' at the first till I ask ' can I keep back my passport'? Remember, it was a important document which shouldn't put it on the table after you had finished input my personal information that's not how it works and while I tried to insert my credit card for deposit payment, with wrong side of chip inserted she grab my card directly and insert it on by herself strong enough thou very rude and the last, I have 2 different booking number she said I need to check-in and check out again she will help, but not promises I will get the same room, but she will try, she said while i'm asking the same question the day after with a guy and everything was settled with a satisfied answer the girl is so pretty fake for as a customer services attitude

The area is very nice, close to the main shopping street.

It was amazing. The food was great, staffs were helpful and attractive, check in was quick, lobby area was super clean, location was great (plus, bus to airport parked/waited for pessengers in front of the hotel), room was spotless and comfy. Also special mention, this hotel seems to have good diversity and inclusive in its work environment, not sure if it is a nordic thing. But very refreshing, considering I'm from Asia. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bergen!
