The hotel is just opposite My Khe Beach, receptionist are friendly and able to communicate with English. Free Airport shuttle pick up service only twice a day which is 10.30am and 3.30pm and required to reserve upfront. Breakfast buffet is good and pretty much variety of food are available. Room is clean and hygiene but disappointed is not directly face the beach.

The staff is very enthusiastic, from the porters to the receptionists. Easy to understand and friendly explanations. Good soundproofing and clean rooms. Relatively new and spacious rooms.

Warm holiday. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their work, advising guests very effectively. Rooms are very clean, cozy, reasonably arranged. The restaurant is compact, the food is okay but not plentiful. The drink is quite tasty. The highlight is the spa service, professional and good advice. The majority of employees are skilled.
