Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.

On the first time stay at this hotel, they give us upgrade room to executive room; the last times we stay they set up our room beautifully during our honeymoon trip. There was something about this hotel that made it feel like home. From the convenient location to the beach, to the amenities, and to the friendly staff, my husband and our son had an amazing time there. My husband even lost his AirPods after he checked out, and the hotel still sent him an email after they had found it in the room. This hotel has integrity, top service, amazing food, and amazing vibes. We will be back again soon.

My stay at Padma Resort Legian for 3D2N was very memorable and wonderful. The hotel staffs, Ari & Oki gave exceptional service, they were very professional and helpful. The hotel gave me free upgraded room to the new deluxe chalet and early check in at 10. AM. In short: superb service, excellent staff, beautiful atmosphere, a lot of free of charge outdoor activities. I'll definitely come back to this highly recommended hotel, thank you padma legian!

Very satisfied, and recommended. The level of attention to the detail is very high. Their staff is very professional. The location is very close to Bali's best cafes and restaurants (walking distance). The value added point is I can enjoy sunset everyday from the back of the hotel without joining the crowd in nearby hype beach clubs. Very recommended.

HARRIS Hotel Kuta Tuban Bali
Hotel is very near to airport. Just across the road. But you need to walk around the fence perimeter. But not that far. Maybe less than 10minutes. Probably the road will be a bit busy during the day. At night not many cars. There will be several Gojek along the road. Quite safe. Room is fine enough for us. We just spent an overnight. The hotel compound is quite nice.
