It happened to be a family vacation, and Senyum World Hotel was perfect for families with small children. The facilities really pamper the kids. The indoor playground is spacious and open until late at night, the kids didn't want to go back because they were having so much fun playing. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft, although the blanket was a bit thin, but it was enough to keep the body warm at night, the bathroom was also clean. The food was also okay, there was quite a lot of choice, and the menu was also kid-friendly. The best thing was the location, close to the tourist area in Batu City. It's also in the same complex as Jatim Park 3. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We spent 3 nights at Golden Tulip Holland Resort Malang during the Christmas holiday, and it was a truly memorable family experience. The warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, and family-friendly atmosphere made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The kids enjoyed every moment, while we appreciated the calm surroundings and thoughtful service that allowed us to rest and reconnect as a family. Celebrating Christmas here felt special, peaceful, joyful, and full of meaningful moments. The staff was friendly. The hotel rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was sufficient for a family. The swimming pool was clean, fresh, and had a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

I like this hotel because of its strategic location close to the city center. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the rooms are soundproof. The hotel staff is friendly. Check-in and check-out are fast. I'll stay here again next time I visit Batu.

Staying at Batu Wonderland was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean and tidy—from the front area, hallways, and even the rooms themselves, everything was immaculately maintained. I stayed in a Deluxe room, and it was quite well-equipped. There was a mini-fridge, plus complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made me feel at home. Another bonus was that if you stay on a Saturday night, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks from 6 PM to 8 PM. It was perfect for a relaxing snack before retiring. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the toilet smelled good and was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay. Best for families: this hotel is kid-friendly. Children can swim for free in the waterpark, and there's also a mini playground for the little ones. So not only will the parents be happy, but the kids will be too. Overall, Batu Wonderland is highly recommended, especially for families with children. It's comfortable, clean, has complete facilities, and there's also entertainment for the kids. It's worth it!

The hotel is good, located in the center of Batu city, close to the town square and Jatimpark, easy access, clean rooms, quite child-friendly, lots of facilities for children that make them feel at home playing at the hotel.
