Kind and pleasant staff who made me feel very welcome. A problem with a heavily leaking shower head was easily resolved with a move to another room.

A great find in Surry hills. Comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient. Food was great. Staff were helpful. Clean and well maintained. Fun colours. A couple of wine stains in the carpet but otherwise great. I noticed vacuuming occurring with room cleans which was nice. Restaurants downstairs were tasty and cheap. Steep hill from central with bags- try museum station. Great value.

The staff, as always, are courteous, engaging and efficient. We had arrived earlier than expected (and well before the suggested check-in time) and while a room was not immediately available it was suggested that if we return within the hour that “we would probably have a room available”! All fell into place, and we were ready to check-in and get on with our socialising in Sydney!

Great property greT walkable location ,even Aldis close by :) so much to see close to Hyde park and all ki ds of coffee shops a d bars. Thanks to property staff RKVILHAUG PS will be back if possible!

Rooms were clean and super cute. Warning they do have the shower visible from the main room, which I'm not a fan of but I was solo so it didn't really matter. Checkin staff weren't polite or helpful, but the checkout staff were lovely. Attached restaurant was very good.

Loved the very funky retro decor. Staff were extremely helpful Breakfast staff were happy and provided excellent coffee and food. Parking was a bit tricky, lucky we had a small car. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience. Would definitely go back.
