The room was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. Definitely a 5 star stay. Will 100% book again for our next visit.

I was served at the desk by someone who didn't look me in the eye. The other guy was good.

Got a complimentary room upgrade which was very much appreciated with three of us sharing a room. Close to public transport (train and tram). Luggage stored at front desk after checkout until we had finished shopping in the city before catching the train home. We have used this hotel numerous times now for a family get together in Melbourne and will continue to do so.

Convenience ,trams very close ,right across the road from southern cross station close to a lot of attractions the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful the breakfast was good and reasonably priced

Always a good stay at the Batman Hill so convenient to the city and train station, reception 24/7. Can’t go wrong

Staff were fantastic, able to deliver food up to the rooms, helpful with the smoking balcony overnight, and ready to answer any questions. The room was a budget room, but the best one I've stayed in around Melbourne in the last 10 years. Quiet, clean, perfect. The restaurant downstairs serves beautiful food and you get a discount for being a tenant at the hotel. Five star service. Breakfast is on offer every morning until 10am for $35, looking well worth the cost. The only downside I found was the stairs - access to the wing I was staying in included mandatory stairs. However, when I extended my stay another night the staff offered to move me to a room that was accessible, so if you have a need for accessibility try to let them know early. All up, a wonderful stay and one I will plan again.
