Excellent!!

Very convenient and the rooms was amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is lovely but the rooms need some upgrading.

Staff were friendly the lift was playing up but the staff were great and let us use the service lifts. Breakfast omelette station was fantastic

the staff are really helpful and location of the hotel is great. The room itself just needed some love as the rails in the bathroom were not very secure.

Great buffet breakfast Gym open 24 hours. This is a nice quiet pkace to stay close to the city

Loved the gym Kids loved the pool. Was a little small on some days but still a great facility. Nice and close to town. No real complaints. Breakfast was awesome too!

staff very helpful and professional, rooms clean and bed is so comfy that I slept in for the first time ever. location was great too. walking distance to anything and everything. I highly recommend it

The staff are fine, the rooms are old, cracks and holes in the wall, mould in bathroom, bathroom door cracked because of condensation, tapware in shower old and crusty also when you shower the water gets on the floor. No ventilation in bathroom. The temperature controls are not easy to use; we had to push so hard to change temperature and turn it off. Dust settled on the bedheads. The buffet breakfast was the best thing about the hotel, the foods is great and tasty and plenty of variety.

Convenient and great location.

Lift broken, another lift with broken screen so unsure as to what floor you’re on, flooding in main hall room level, photos looked nothing like the room. I would’ve just been happy as long as I had the pool, however it was out of action for the duration of the stay, I asked the receptionist on arrival and they gave me the pool hours, but never mentioned it was not available.

Room was set out beautifully with all you would need. Staff refreshing room were helpful. Other staff we spoke to were very helpful.

The staff is awesome and the location is fantastic and walkable. The rooms were clean and spacious.

They were short staffed. We couldn’t get a hold of concierge, or house keeping by phone. Long wait at check in .The staff we did meet were all friendly . Room was basic but clean . Very nice roof top bar ..

The hotel did not meet the five star standard ! We had to use the staff elevator. The rooms does not look like the picture on the website!
