We were only here sadly for one night, because the location is ideal right in the heart of where you want to be, and the hotel itself is wonderful. We loved the roof top bar (although I hope there sort out their coffee machine -) and used it twice. The views from there are fantastic, not to be missed on the 6th floor. Our room was equally great and the breakfast one of the best of our European tour. Highly recommended and hope we can come back some time.

The massage I got when I first checked in was highly inappropriate. And uncomfortable as the therapist insisted on doing a different type of massage and spoke about personal issues. The entire time next I get to my room after dinner.And there is so much mold in the bathroom that I have a severe allergic reaction, it is late at this point.They try to find a room that does not have mold and are unsuccessful.The manager said that I would get a full refund and I have seen nothing.

I got free bottle of wine as peril member. But it didn’t come till second night, after asking for it multiple times. Location is great. But some other hotels nearby are more accommodating. Good parking availability.

Very safe hotel. One must use their room key to make the elevator work. Nicely decorated clean room. I loved that we could open the large windows in the room. Only negative, no nespresso machine, just a hot pot. They do provide instant coffee though.

Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to many attractions. I would like to express my gratitude to David the concierge, after check out i asked him to book a taxi to Brussels-Midi station, but he informed me that due to a demonstration, traffic was so bad i probably would not make my train back to the UK. So he he carried my bags at least 500 metres to Brussels Central and put me on the correct platform to catch a train to Brussels-Midi. i arrived in plenty of time to catch my train.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a minutes walk from the Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance from Brussels Central train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few rainy days, so found it very convenient to have an internal passage to Chutneys restaurant.

Beautiful hotel. We got a fabulous room with a sitting area. Location is ideal - everything is walkable. Only one problem departing - the concierge was not helpful in calling us a cab.

The property is a bit dated. The bathroom in particular...the shower/tub is a bit dangerous...too high to step out and onto the floor. Tub is very narrow and not comfortable to stand in as your feet are not flat on the bottom of the tub. The water pressure is very low as is the placement of the shower head. So, at 6'2", I had to duck my head to get the water on my head and stand awkwardly to shower.
